When will my Founder Edition watch ship?
Founder Edition watches are currently available for preorder, with shipping estimated for Spring 2027. This allows time for production, assembly, and final inspection. We’ll provide production updates and notify you if the estimated shipping window changes.
Is the Founder Edition a limited release?
Yes. Each Founder Edition watch is individually numbered and part of a limited production run. Once the collection sells out, it will be permanently retired.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, along with Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available checkout options may depend on your device and browser.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Eligible customers can select Shop Pay at checkout to view available installment plans and payment terms before completing their purchase.
Because Founder Edition watches are preorders, installment payments may become due before your watch is delivered. Please review your payment schedule carefully before confirming your order.
Do you offer Founding Crew, military, or teacher discounts?
Founding Crew members can enter their exclusive discount code at checkout for $50 off a watch.
Active-duty military, veterans, and teachers can verify their eligibility through ID.me at checkout. To receive your full qualifying offer, use ID.me by itself. The ID.me offer cannot be combined with a separate discount code. These discounts apply to watches.
What is your watch return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Watches must be unworn and undamaged, with the original packaging, accessories, documentation, and every bracelet link included.
For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please contact us for instructions before returning your watch.
Can I cancel my watch preorder?
Yes. You may cancel your watch preorder any time before shipment for a full refund. Email info@aftandanchorwatchco.com with your order number to request cancellation.
When will apparel and gear ship?
Our apparel and gear are made to order and shipped directly by our fulfillment partners. Most items require approximately 2–5 business days for production, followed by shipping transit time.
Gear does not follow the Spring 2027 watch preorder schedule. Orders containing gear and watches will ship separately, and gear may arrive in multiple packages. Tracking information will be emailed when each shipment is dispatched.
Can I return or exchange apparel and gear?
Because apparel and gear are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color, except where required by law. Please check product descriptions and size guides before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
What warranty comes with my watch?
Our watches include a two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage begins when your watch is first delivered—not when you place your preorder.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and routine maintenance are excluded. For warranty assistance, email info@aftandanchorwatchco.com with your order details, watch number, and a description of the issue. Please contact us before sending your watch.
Will the Founder Edition fit my wrist?
The Founder Edition has a 41 mm case and an adjustable bracelet with a tool-free micro-adjust clasp.
With both supplied extra links installed, the watch’s inside circumference measures approximately 8.25 inches. Bracelet links can be removed for a smaller fit. If you’re unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering.
Is the Founder Edition water resistant?
The Founder Edition has a 300-meter / 30 ATM water-resistance rating and a screw-down crown.
Always ensure the crown is fully secured before water exposure, and never operate the crown underwater. Follow the watch’s care instructions and have its water resistance checked after the case has been opened.
How much does shipping cost, and where do you ship?
Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If your destination is unavailable, contact us before placing an order.
