Shipping Policy

Founder Edition Watch Pre-orders

Founder Edition watches are available for pre-order, with estimated shipping in Spring 2027.

This is an estimated shipping window. Production schedules and final quality checks may affect timing.

If we cannot ship within the estimated window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. If required consent to a delay is not obtained, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order.

You may cancel your watch pre-order before shipment by emailing info@aftandanchorwatchco.com with your order number.

Apparel & Gear

Apparel and gear are made to order and shipped directly by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Most items typically require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Some products and periods of high demand may require additional time.

Carrier transit time is additional to production time and varies by destination and shipping method.

The Spring 2027 watch pre-order window applies to Founder Edition watches. Gear follows its own production and shipping schedule.

Separate Shipments

Orders containing watches and gear will ship separately. Gear items may also arrive in multiple packages from different fulfillment locations.

Tracking & Order Assistance

Tracking information will be emailed when your shipment is dispatched.

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact info@aftandanchorwatchco.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
