A 316L stainless steel case, screw-down crown with integrated guards, and 300-meter water resistance give the Founder Edition its capable foundation. Flat sapphire crystal with an internal anti-reflective coating adds scratch resistance and helps keep the dial clear.

A 41mm case, refined 12.6mm profile, and 20mm solid-link bracelet give the Founder Edition a confident presence and a comfortable fit. Tool-less Micro-Adjust Clasp
Fine-tune your fit on the fly with a signed, push-button clasp in 316L stainless steel. Tool-free micro-adjustment lets you make small sizing changes throughout the day.
Your bracelet comes sized to suit many average-sized wrists, with two additional links included in the box. With both extra links installed, the watch’s inside circumference measures approximately 8.25 inches. Links may need to be added or removed for your ideal fit.

13 Buttons
The name comes from the thirteen buttons found on the classic Navy enlisted dress blues — a symbol recognized by generations of sailors. While the stories behind what those buttons represent have evolved over time, they have become an enduring icon of pride, service, and naval tradition.

The watch features a Deep Ocean Navy wave-textured dial inspired by the color of the open sea during the midwatch. The ceramic bezel and refined finishing reflect the balance between rugged capability and timeless design.

Salt & Steel draws its name from life at sea—the salt that stays with you long after you’re ashore, and the steel that carries you through. It’s a connection rooted in our founder’s Navy service, carried forward in a watch made for wherever life takes you.
Its deep graphite gray dial and gray ceramic bezel give it a quietly confident presence. Across the wave-textured dial, metallic highlights emerge as the light moves, recalling sunlight catching the surface of dark water.
