1. About These Terms
This website is operated by Aft and Anchor Watch Company. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aft and Anchor Watch Company.
These Terms govern purchases through our website and use of our online store, together with our Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies presented at checkout.
2. Orders and Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.
We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable products, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, or a genuine pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund payments collected for the cancelled items and any associated charges.
We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
3. Prices, Payments, and Discounts
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an accepted order.
Discounts are subject to their published eligibility requirements, restrictions, and expiration dates. Discount combinations apply where permitted by the offer and checkout settings.
Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout. Any installment or financing option is subject to the provider’s eligibility requirements, approval, and separate payment terms.
4. Founder Edition Watch Pre-orders
Founder Edition watches are offered for pre-order with estimated shipping in Spring 2027.
This shipping window is an estimate. Production schedules and final quality checks may affect timing.
You may cancel your watch pre-order before shipment for a full refund by emailing info@aftandanchorwatchco.com with your order number.
If we cannot ship within the estimated window, we will notify you with an updated estimate and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. If required consent to a delay is not obtained, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order.
5. Apparel and Gear
Apparel and gear are made to order and produced and shipped directly by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.
Production and shipping timelines vary by product and destination. Gear may ship separately from watches and other items in the same order.
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We will check whether the request can still be accommodated. Changes and cancellations generally cannot be accommodated once production begins, except where required by law.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Product Issues

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact info@aftandanchorwatchco.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Any written product warranty provided with your purchase applies according to its terms and does not replace rights available under applicable law.
7. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and photographs. Colors may appear differently because of screen settings and lighting.
This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.
8. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You may not use this website for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation or security.
Rights in protected brand names, logos, designs, photographs, and other website materials belong to Aft and Anchor Watch Company or their respective owners. Commercial reproduction or use requires the appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared in connection with our store and order fulfillment.
10. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and update date. Changes apply to future orders. Existing orders remain subject to the terms in effect when placed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
